W3436 - The following files are closed for 20 years from the last action on file due to commercial sensitivity and personal privacy: 28/2 - 28/5 (inclusive); 28/12; 40/14; 40/16; 40/34; 28/10;40/10.
W3574 - The following files are closed on the grounds of personal privacy: 46/6 and 3/6 - 100 years from date of birth; 52/305 to 306 - 50 years from date of birth; 12/7, 13/-, 20/2, 49/9 - 50 years from date of death; 52/205 - 50 years from date of birth. W3686 - These files are all closed for 100 years from the date of birth for reasons of personal privacy.
W4397 - Personal staff records, disability survey, original half yearly/quarterly employment survey forms, fatal accident files, personal files of Swiss exchange scheme workers, interview forms relating to overstayers, and application forms for certificates of competency files are restricted for 100 years from the date of birth of persons named or 100 years from the compilation of employment survey forms for reasons of personal privacy. Restricted files are marked on the accession list.
W4570 - The following files are restricted for 70 years from the date of the last action on the file for reasons of personal privacy: 5/15/19, 5/15/23, 5/15/25.
W5091- 51/10A, 51/184/2C, 51/188, 51/187/16, and 51/952 are closed until 70 years from the last dated item on file; 51/105/7 - all five parts to this file are closed for 25 years from the date of the last action on the grounds of the provisions laid out in the Cabinet Office manual as they contain Cabinet Committee minutes.
W5182 - All 22/1- policy files (General), 22/7 (Industry), 22/9- (Embassies and Consulates), 22/20 (Visas and Permits) policy files are restricted for 30 years from the date of transfer, 7 August 2001. This restriction period also applies to 22/3/3. These files are restricted under the Official Information Act and the Privacy Act.
