Julie, the central character in this drama, thinks back over the events that led to her schizophrenic breakdown. We see moments, scenes and confrontations with her trying to understand reasons for the breakdown and her admission to a mental hospital in a catatonic state. We follow Julie's eventual recovery. Based on research carried out at Kingseat Hospital the film gives a reasoned yet dramatic glimpse into mental illness and it's present treatment.
