The Minutes are for meetings held in 1920 and record the decision made about land being offered, its value, character and suitability for settlement. Applications and their associated Registers can be found in Series 9375 and 9376.


The volume also includes lists of land under consideration and includes legal description of land, the name of the present owner, sale price and government valuation. The lists are annotated with comments.
