Applications to the Waste Land Board  include details of the acts and regulations under which the application was made,   the applicants name, address, signature, date of application, a schedule describing the class of land, locality and legal description of the land, acreage, price per acre, if a survey is required and any maps or surveys to submitted for approval, and any monies paid on deposit or for rental. Registration details are recorded: date registered and signed by the Chief Commissioner. The application may include correspondence and/or a sketch map or plan.
