	Regulations made in 1902 under the Money Lenders Act 1901 required Magistrates Courts to maintain a register of money lenders. The form of the register was set out in the Schedule to the Regulations, and required the following information to be recorded in separate columns:

	Money lender applications were incorporated into the Courts Miscellaneous files series after the passing of the Credit Contracts Act 1981.
