	This series contains the third sequence of law practitioners admission and enrolment files created by the Wellington High Court, for barristers and solicitors seeking admission and enrolment in the Wellington High Court district.

	An annual single number system of classification was used to arrange the files in this series, with the case number followed by the year with the prefix 'LP' e.g. LP 1/47, LP 2/47, etc.

	Law practitioners admission and enrolment files document the admission of barristers and solicitors to the High Court of New Zealand (known as the Supreme Court of New Zealand until 1980) as prescribed under the Law Practitioners Acts of 1931, 1955, and 1982, and Part 3 of the Lawyers and Conveyances Act 2006, and enrolment on the Register of Barristers and Solicitors.

		Notice of Motion for Admission as Barrister and Solicitor;
