The Committee, Sub-Committee, and Advisory Committee minutes, agenda, and papers recorded the meetings of a wide range of Waikato Health committees.
These included: the Senior Medical Staff Committee; the Education Committee; the Intensive Therapy Unit Committee; the Building Committee; the Finance and Administration Committee; the Works and Transport Committee; the Policy Initiatives Committee; the Salaries Review Committee; the Property Committee; Capital Projects Sub-Committees; and the District Health Board Transition Committee. 
Also included were the Ethics Advisory Group, the Clinical Advisory Group, Community and Public Health Advisory Committee, the Disability Support Advisory Committee, the Health Waikato Advisory Committee, the Iwi Maori Council, and Kaumatua Kaunihera. These committees / councils reported to the Waikato Area Health Board and the Boards of Waikato Health and the Waikato District Health Board.
The series includes records created by multiple Health entities as in many instances particular committees or councils were active across a wide date range.

For records transferred by Te Whatu Ora Waikato:

sensitive personal information: To protect personal privacy all records
showing medical information about identifiable individuals, and all records
containing sensitive personal information about patients, staff or students are
restricted for 100 years from the end date of the record.
