This series is comprised of Public Works Department, Ministry of Works, Ministry of Works and Development, and Works and Development Services Corporation (New Zealand) Limited photographic records documenting construction and engineering throughout New Zealand. A wide variety of subjects are depicted, including:

This
 accession consists of 9 black and white prints deposited by 
Mrs. Neva McKenna. Their provenance is uncertain, and the origins of the
 photographer unknown. It is most likely that they were taken by a 
private individual who was a contractor or an employee of the Ministry 
of Works and Development in a private capacity, and not for any 
technical or documentary purposes for the Ministry.
