Other details within the records contained declarations from parties to the case, the particulars of sale, and advertisements from newspapers. Names of parties, the registration and mortgage number, date and amount of the property can also be found. 
There are some Mortgage Relief Legislation Returns from the transfer of W5732, due to the same subject, they are serialised into this series.
