	(The Rangiora District Court was officially closed on 31 March 2014, with the Ministry of Justice making the decision to transfer Rangiora court services to the Christchurch District Court.)

	Such restrictions are applied to ensure compliance with the provisions of the Privacy Act 1993 and/or the Criminal Records (Clean Slate) Act 2004, as well as other legislation which controls access to court records. Access to these records may be obtained via  the relevant court.  Please note: Additional rules regarding copying and publication etc. may be imposed by the Ministry of Justice at the time of granting access to restricted records.
