1) Access to films and audio records are subject to preservation and technical requirements.
2) Photographic negatives are not issuable due to preservation reasons.
3) Photographs require that gloves are worn when viewing.
4) Maps/plans require special handing due to their size and storage conditions. Gloves and paper weights will be provided where required.
