A number of records transferred under accession W5795 are subject to the following restrictions:

9. All plan and file records pertaining to the construction, repair, maintenance and security of Ministry of Justice Court and other Sites are restricted for 100 years from the closing date of the record.
Upon the expiration of 100 years the restriction will be reviewed.
