To protect legal professional privilege, all legal opinion and advice files are to be restricted for 70 years from the date of file closure.
To prevent the disclosure of sensitive personal information all personnel and individuals performance agreement and reports files , Chief Executive diaries, all tenancy correspondence, Adjudicator appointments, meetings and agenda and Tenancy Tribunal case files, sexual harassment files and Reviewers papers and diary notes are to be restricted for 70 years from the date of file closure.
