The following restrictions apply in this series:
1. L1/22's
Some items in sub-series 22 are restricted for 100 years from the date of closure for privacy reasons. The remainder of the files in this sub-series are open. Requests for access to these restricted files should be made in writing to the following e-mail address:

All the L1/11 files are restricted for 100 years from the date of closure for privacy reasons. Requests for access to these files should be made in writing to the following e-mail address:

Please note, some L1/11's have no dates, and are marked as 'M'. In these cases, the items can be requested and will be checked by an archivist as toย their status.
3. L1's (other than 22's and 11's)
These items are restricted indefinitely. They do not have a restriction expiry date and are currently having their access status re-assessed. Requests for access to these files should be made in writing to the following:
