QV provided independent and extensive valuation services in Canterbury district. These services included mass appraisals for rating and taxation purposes, and market valuation reports in the residential, commercial and rural sectors.
QV held valuation records inherited from earlier agencies in addition to property records on behalf of clients (such as Local Authorities), and normal commercial business records.
