MidCentral Health was established in 1993 to provide health serivces for the Manawatu region.
Palmerston North, Wanganui-Manawatu
MidCentral Health was established as a Crown Health Enterprise in 1993 and was incorporated under the Companies Act 1955. It was composed of a Board of Directors appointed by the Shareholding Ministers. The services provided by MidCentral Health were:
- Palmerston North Hospital
- Public Health Unit - Palmerston North
- Clevely Centre (Geriatric and Maternity) - Fielding
