- Provides for establishment of District Registrars' Offices on standard basis throughout New Zealand, with no reference to existing (Provincial) offices.

It is unfortunate that no records are known to be extant for the office, as its status as an agency or otherwise cannot be confirmed. It is also more difficult to discern the exact dates of the agency's existence.
